Membership Policies
We're honored to support your self-care journey through consistent, high-quality care. To protect your time and elevate your experience, we've outlined the following membership policies, based on a 6-month commitment cycle.

Billing & Payments
All memberships are billed automatically every 30 days from the date of enrollment. A valid credit or debit card is required to remain active. You may update your payment method at any time by contacting us. Memberships are offered in 6-month cycles and will auto-renew unless we receive a written cancellation request.

Scheduling & Booking
Your membership includes priority access to booking, with guaranteed appointment availability within 14 days. We recommend scheduling your sessions early, especially for peak hours. Cancellations or reschedules require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiting your session.

Session Rollover
We offer a 30-day rollover period for unused sessions to provide flexibility with your schedule. Only one session may roll over at a time. After 30 days, unused sessions expire and cannot be reinstated.
​
Sharing & Gifting
While memberships are non-transferable, we allow you to gift one session during each 6-month cycle to a friend or loved one. Simply email us in advance with the recipient’s name and requested date.

Pausing or Canceling
You may pause your membership once during your 6-month cycle for up to 30 days, with written notice. To cancel, we require at least 14 days' written notice before your next billing date. Canceling before completing the 6-month cycle may result in the forfeiture of rollover sessions and access to member-exclusive pricing or perks.

Exclusive Member Perks
Each membership includes seasonal bonuses, early access to new offerings, and member-exclusive treatment enhancements. Please note: Membership discounts and offers cannot be combined with additional promotions unless otherwise stated.
