It is highly recommended you consult with your health care provider before receiving a massage or spa treatment. A physician's referral is only required if you have a medical condition or if you are on medication that can influence your massage, are considered a high risk pregnancy, or if you have had complications during your pregnancy.
If you are sick or feel like you may become ill, please contact us to reschedule your appointment out of courtesy to you, your therapist, and others who are patrons of the spa.
A credit card or Spa on the Hill gift certificate number is required to secure your appointment. A SpaFinder/SmartBox gift certificate number cannot be used to hold a reservation, but can be accepted upon checkout after your service.
All clients are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. First time clients are required to fill out a short health in-take form. This is to ensure you receive the best possible service and the best results specific to your needs.
The time needed for the service that you schedule is reserved specially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment(s), a 24-hour advanced notice from the date and time of your scheduled appointment is required (48 hours for 2 or more appointments/services). Please contact us to cancel your or reschedule your appointment. If no one is available to answer your call, please leave a message regarding your cancellation or request to reschedule..
Failure to reschedule or cancel your appointment(s) with notice stated above will result in either a full charge of your scheduled appointment(s) plus an 18% service charge, or the expiration of a gift certificate if you have one on file. A cancellation will also void any discounts that were to be applied to your appointment. Note: This policy does not apply to expecting mothers that go into labor and cannot keep their appointment(s).
The finest compliment we can receive is your personal referral to our spa. Gratuities are left at your discretion. Envelopes are supplied at the front desk if you choose to leave a tip.
Gift Certificates ~ Purchase Online!
Spa on the Hill gift certificates will expire six months from the purchase date. They may be redeemed for the service indicated or for its cash value to select an alternate service, product, or gratuity. Gift certificates are transferrable by contacting us. Partially used gift cerficates with a remaining balance will be valid for one year after first use.
Gift certificate purchases cannot be refunded. All sales are final. $25 minimum required.
SpaFinder gift certificates are honored. They can be used towards any service, product, or gratuity, but not a Spa on the Hill gift certificate or package. Remaining balances can be kept for future use; cash back is not given. Cannot be combined with any other special discounts or promotions.
Pricing & Payments
Acceptable forms of payment are cash, personal checks (with photo valid ID), and credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover). Payment is required at the end of each service appointment. A $50 fee will be incurred for all returned checks.
