Infant Massage Class

Infant Massage Washington DCInfant massage helps develop the skills to create healthy bonds, helping your baby to feel secure and become more self-confident.  Research shows that babies who are massaged sleep deeper and longer, spend more time active and alert for learning, increase bonding and attachments to their parents, and improve elimination.

What's included:
bullet Each session lasts 1 hour over the course of three (3) weeks so your baby gradually adjusts to your nurturing touch
bullet Class is taught by a certified instructor, Missy

Class Requirements:
bullet At least 3 weeks old, infants must be in the pre-crawl stage
bullet Parent or legal guardian must accompany infant
bullet If your child is ill or has a serious medical condition, please confer with your health care provider or pediatrician. Be sure to include that information in the form below.

What to bring:
bullet Extra diapers
bullet Waterproof mat
bullet 2 extra blankets (one to lay on, one for warmth)
bullet Favorite toy or comfort item

Class fee per infant: $100
